• Decorative accessories shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless specifically stated.

We work with selected suppliers to offer our furniture and home accessories.

If we discover a material error in a product's description, price or availability, we will contact you and explain the available options.

Products supplied must meet their descriptions and the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Product prices include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges and other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to amend advertised prices for future orders.

If we identify an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we will contact you to explain the correct price and give you the opportunity to proceed or cancel.

Where a contract has already been formed, any pricing error will be handled in accordance with applicable contract and consumer law.

Payment can be made using the methods displayed at checkout, including eligible debit and credit cards and PayPal.

5. Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods.

A contract is formed when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email.

We will endeavour to fulfil all accepted orders.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our reasonable control may prevent fulfilment, including unexpected supplier shortages or discontinued products.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you promptly, explain the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, including a full refund for goods that cannot be supplied.

Any such situation will be handled without affecting your statutory rights.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to eligible UK addresses in accordance with the delivery information displayed on our website and at checkout.

Delivery options and charges may vary depending on:

• Product weight and dimensions

• Delivery location

• The delivery service required

• Whether specialist two-person delivery is necessary

Free standard delivery is available on eligible orders over £200. This does not apply to products requiring two-person delivery.

Applicable regional delivery surcharges will be disclosed before an order is completed.

Delivery estimates will be provided on the relevant product page, delivery information page or during checkout.

We will deliver within the agreed timeframe or, where no timeframe has been agreed, within 30 days unless otherwise permitted by law.

If unexpected delays occur, we will endeavour to keep you informed and work towards a resolution.

Responsibility for delivery

Home Santo remains responsible for goods until they are delivered into your physical possession or that of a person you have nominated to receive them, subject to the statutory exception where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.

Where a delivery is lost, damaged or significantly delayed, we will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and notify us promptly if you identify an error.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

For most eligible online purchases, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them.

For change-of-mind returns, you are normally responsible for direct return delivery costs where this has been properly disclosed before purchase.

Large furniture may require specialist return arrangements. Information about any applicable direct return costs must be provided before purchase as required by law.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide the remedies required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your rights apply equally to eligible sale and discounted items.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory cancellation or refund rights.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before it leaves our supplier or warehouse.

If your order has already been dispatched, your statutory cancellation rights will continue to apply where the goods are eligible.

For most online purchases, these rights allow you to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Some goods, including genuinely personalised or made-to-specification items, may be subject to lawful exceptions. Any applicable exception will be explained before purchase.

9. Product Guarantees & Statutory Rights

Some products may be supplied with a manufacturer's warranty or commercial guarantee.

Where a warranty is provided, the relevant duration, coverage and conditions will be stated in the product documentation or made available on request.

A manufacturer's warranty or commercial guarantee is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace or restrict them.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Depending on the circumstances, consumers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
