1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days
- Rural or remote areas: May require additional time
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value:
- Free Delivery: Orders over £200
- Delivery Fee: £20 on orders of £200 or less
Any promotional free‑shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website.

We work with trusted UK couriers, including:

A tracking number (if available) will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
5. Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
- The courier may leave a calling card
- You may be able to rearrange delivery
- Some couriers may deliver to a neighbour or safe place (if authorised)
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, redelivery fees may apply.
If the parcel is returned to us as return‑to‑sender, the original shipping fee (if applicable) is non‑refundable.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with visible packaging damage, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Photos of the damage
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit:
- We will open an investigation with the courier
- If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund
Home Santo Ltd is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
8. Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery fees may apply.
9. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within the United Kingdom.
10. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking link (where available)
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
11. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- Seasonal demand
- Remote delivery locations
We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we will always support you in resolving courier issues.
